Under the hood, the Nissan Altima comes standard with a 2.5-liter Direct Injection Gasoline (DIG) engine that produces 188 hp and 180 lb-ft of torque. The Altima SR VC-Turbo has a boosted, 2.0-liter Variable Compression Turbo Engine that increases the output to 248 hp and 273 lb-ft of torque. Altima drivers will have standard AWD, Active Ride Control, Intelligent Trace Control, and an electronic parking brake with Automatic Brake Hold to help you easily get up hills, bumps, or curves. The Altima’s independent rear suspension with monotube rear shocks adds confidence to every drive. The Nissan Altima keeps every rider entertained and charged on the go with wireless smartphone connectivity and a standard touchscreen interface.
