I dropped off my car for a checkup on March 7th, 2024, at 10 am. However, I didn't receive any updates regarding the status of my car. When I called at around 4:30 pm, I was told to ride with a technician the next day to explain the sound the car was making. The next day, I waited for an hour in the lobby only to find that someone had been looking for me. Unfortunately, my car still sounds like there is something wrong with the motor.

I’ve been in US for a bit over 16 years now, and was never expecting to get a service near close to the horrible experience this people provided. I was kicked around and passed like a ball for a month. Every time I went there the service manager was either at lunch or on vacation. Great experience up to a point! 10 days after car deal was made I found out dealership had not paid off my trade in to Nissan Motors and this resulted in an additional payment being deducted from my bank account. After contacting general manager Scott Hayes, I was assured that he would resolve this issue and get my additional payment back to me. I came in and had a few options, and Adrian LISTENED to me and help me get the perfect car for me and was patient, well educated on all models, features, etc. He knew what he was talking about, he did not have to ask someone else any questions that I had.
Then when I made my decision, Kaley Guerra was the person to help me with financing, she was just as awesome and knowledgeable on what was best for me. When I was finished, I had a better car, better payment and overall better deal!!!

Service from Aaron was great. I would like to know something. I had taken my Murano in at the dealership in Lincoln Nebraska and they fixed my tire and washed my vehicle for me as well in which I truly appreciated. Now when I took my vehicles in to service at Bob Moore I guess I assumed they would was my dirty vehicle especially since the appeared to be slow. I would like to know is if what the dealership Dillion dealership was just a nice jester when they washed my vehicle.
I may be the only owner of a Nissan Leaf. Haven't seen another on the road. Found it and excellent service at Bob Moore!

Took it in because the alignment was out and he did not center the steering wheel before he did the alignment and now the wheel is tuned to the right when going straight
First oil change for my truck. When I scheduled the appointment I thought it would be about a week or more to get in. They could have gotten to it the same day I called, I just couldn’t do that day. I picked my own day and appointment time. The oil change was quicker than I thought it would be. Plus, the inspection they did was awesome. Thanks.
Bob Moore Nissan and their Service is why I have continued to purchase Nissans from Bob Moore/Jackie Pemberton, etc. I think the number of Nissans personally purchased is at 22/23 vehicles over the last 45 years...frankly, I lost count !!!! Everyone was polite but not real knowledgeable about the used vehicle I purchased. I did everything online and was still at the dealership over 2 hours. They never made good on repairing the chip in the paint that the salesman said they would take care of.
Love this place. Always does a great job and Anthony always makes sure I'm taking care of. My questions and concerns were addressed and my car runs great.

Bob Moore Nissan did a great job at meetings the services needs I had to maintain my car. I saw them spraying down cars to help combat the spread of the germs during this very difficult time. The service was done in a timely matter. I was a little bit upset because I got my car detail and the passenger side now has leaves. I wished I would if been told that would happen because I never got my filter replace until then so I was unaware.
Awesome. I bought a used truck a long time ago from here and it unfortunately had a strange smell that I could never figure out from the day I bought it. Well even after several months of investigating I still couldn’t figure out what the smell was until a friend suggested it could be something in the air vents that died. I went into service for a tire rotation and oil change expecting to be over charged or up charged for things I might not even need. When they finished I was happily surprised they did the complete opposite. I will be coming in here instead of other Nissan Dealers in the future. Every last person I had come in contact with on 3/16/20 was awesome!!! I had to go back the following day to reassign a few papers because they found me a better offer, took all of 15 minutes. Guys we’re straight forward and avoided the whole sales pitch which was what I wanted. It was a good experience considering the circumstances. Sales manager was awesome.
I needed to come in for routine service. Easily made an appointment and work was completed rapidly. The cleanliness and protective measures for visitors and staff were really good and I had a nice clean place to work on my laptop while waiting. Staff is always professional and friendly!
They got my car right in and didn’t take long for them to let me know the diagnosis. Easy drop off and pick up. The staff show me things I needed to do and fix some issues. Great service!

Our search began in early March, before the pandemic and when the dealership was fully staffed. Things changed quickly when businesses were forced to close and then people were told to stay at home. Jessie kept the lines of communication open, made me a great deal, and was able to get our new Murano delivered with a skeleton crew. It was actually refreshing to see the management team come out of the office and work the sales floor 🙂 This Murano is our third purchase from Bob Moore Nissan and we will continue to buy there!

Our recent experience was pleasant. The sales person presented herself in a professional fashion but still was extremely personable. She was knowledgeable about the auto and helpful with our questions. The sales manager was helpful in locating the type and model we wanted from a different dealership. The financial/paper work personnel were knowledgeable and easy to work with. However, the timeframe/requirements involved when buying a auto without financial aide is way too excessive.
WHEN I ARRIVED, I WAS FIRST IN LINE. THE SERVICE DESK CAME OUT TO MY CAR AND IN 5 SECONDS GOT MY WINDOWS TO WORK. HE KNEW WHERE THE SWITCH WAS THAT I NEVER KNEW ABOUT. THEN THEY CHANGED THE OIL,INSPECTED THE CAR, ROTATED THE TIRES AND I WAS GONE!

I was completely satisfied with the service that the dealership gave me this last Monday. 296$ seemed high for a key fob and key for a 2012 Altima. But I needed it . The labor seemed reasonable and they programmed it pretty quickly. I was totally happy with Anthony and his professional attitude.
